I am in need of an Assistant Superintendent with the ability to build a senior living complex in West Palm Beach, FL for a well-known GC.

Title: Assistant Superintendent

Project locations: PALM BEACH COUNTY

Compensation: $90-100k flex

Experience required: Senior Living/relevant experience

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management personnel to determine budgets and timelines.
• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide on-site direction during construction preparation.
• Hire and assign work to subcontractors.
• Maintain a daily log of job site operations, reporting to management as necessary.
• Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards (OSHA 10 and 30 certifications required).
• Perform quality control and safety checks.
• Make necessary operational changes to meet construction deadlines.
