Essential Functions:
* Principal Responsibilities
o Monitoring all incoming materials both digital and hardcopy for immediate identification by matter
and consultant
o Materials identified to meet specific criteria will be downloaded, named and organized per the
consult preference
* Secondary Responsibilities
o Transcription of highlighted deposition excerpts
o Request Vehicle Specification as required
o Assist paralegals with tasks as directed
o Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Electronic filing experience
* Extreme attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage several projects at one time
* Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
* At least one year experience working in a legal environment.
* Knowledge of legal terminology.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word for Windows
