RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client located in Grand Rapids, MI is looking to add a Workday Training Administrator to their team who will support the scheduling, validation, and coordination of training for a large group of end users. This role will primarily collaborate with the Business Transformation Team to ensure seamless training preparation and execution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Partner with the BT team to schedule end users for training modules, working closely with managers to confirm accuracy and address feedback
  • Data Management: Utilize Excel to manage and validate training schedules, ensure accurate data entry, and provide updates to the team
  • Pre-Validation & Pre-Launch Support: Conduct pre-validation efforts, working to map initial training needs and align with managers on training assignments
  • System Proficiency: Gain proficiency with Workday Learning and relevant Microsoft Office tools to support training set-up, session scheduling, and documentation


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Workday or other HRIS system experience is ideal; ERP experience (especially SAP) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint, including data management and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks in training logistics
  • Workday Learning Module experience would be ideal, but not required


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
