WEB OPERATIONS MANAGER (REMOTE)

We're looking for a Web Operations Manager to join the marketing team of a leading technology company specializing in cloud databases and analytics-related products and services. This role will be responsible for enhancing the website experience and collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams to drive user engagement and traffic.

LOCATION: Remote (9-5 PM MT/CST)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in website operations with a strong technical SEO background
• Proven project management experience using tools such as Jira or Trello
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and web security best practices
• Experience in large enterprise, B2B environments

DAY TO DAY:

• Oversee website operations to ensure a seamless user experience
• Manage and optimize the SEO program using tools like BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console
• Collaborate with digital analysts and developers to create, track, and implement key web strategies
• Use Google Tag Manager to oversee tag and pixel implementation
• Establish and enforce governance for cookie consent management and data privacy
• Analyze web traffic using Google Analytics and provide insights to improve user experience
• Work with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and audience engagement tools
