POSITION SUMMARY
The Warranty Program Manager will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the warranty programs by focusing on data-driven insights and process optimization. This position centers on developing strategies to improve the customer experience through program and process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Focus: Review and analyze processes with the goal of enhancing the customer experience through efficiency gains and process improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority.

Program Analysis: Analyze existing warranty programs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes that align with business goals and customer needs.

Process Optimization: Evaluate current warranty processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide data-driven recommendations to streamline operations.

Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support, by providing insights and data to support warranty-related initiatives.

Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and other reporting tools to monitor the effectiveness of warranty programs and communicate findings to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 years of Program and Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in data analysis and process improvement, preferably within a warranty or customer service environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI or other analytics and reporting platforms, with the ability to create dashboards and generate insights from data.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in warranty management.
- Certification in Data Analytics, Project Management (PMP), or Six Sigma is a plus.
