Due to the company's growth, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a VP of Operations to oversee sites in the Orlando area.

Your new role

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for managing the P&L, driving financial performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize operational processes. Working with leadership, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities across 3 sites, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong business acumen and a successful track record in running a P&L.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies, efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites within a manufacturing, production, facility or similar environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
