We are seeking talented UX Designers to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting design projects for our clients. This remote position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on user experiences.
Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences through various methodologies.
• Create personas, user journey maps, and empathy maps to inform design strategies.
• Facilitate discovery activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews, to develop clear experience strategies.
• Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.
• Implement accessibility best practices to ensure inclusivity in design.
• Plan and conduct user testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the establishment of design standards within the organization.

Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a UX professional, preferably in a digital-first agency or consultancy.
• Strong background in user-centered design methodology and human factors.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related fields.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Background in taxonomy and Digital Asset Management IA.
