Job Title: Utility Tech

Reports to: Travis Locklear 

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (some overtime on Fridays)  



  

   

SUMMARY:  

  

This position is assigned to the Storage Line and is responsible for performing all production positions in the Mill to fill in for vacant positions. This position is graded as a BN3 because of the complexity of the different positions within the Mill.     

  

  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  




* Performs multiple line functions as needed to ensure the department keeps running.   


* Capable of performing every position in the departments listed above.     


* Assists other team members as needed including helping with training.   


* Performs other duties as assigned.  



  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  




* High School Diploma or GED Required


* Ability to learn the responsibilities of each position in the Mill


* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 


* Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.  


* Ability to work alone and function independently


* Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment


* Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and teamwork
