Schedule:This position requires full-time in-person attendance during the training period. After training is completed, the typical expectation is 50-60% on-site with any 'as needed' time responding to user outages that cannot be fixed remotely.

Position Purpose:To serve as a consultant and trouble-shooter to members of the Dartmouth Medical School community on a broad range of largely conventional, personal computer-related applications and technologies for which relevant guidelines are generally available.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Four years of relevant experience in a personal computer environment.
