Job Title: Contract Data Entry Specialist - Transportation Department

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support our Transportation Department. This contract role is vital to ensuring smooth communication with vendors and accurate data entry in our systems. If you possess strong customer service abilities and excellent typing skills, including 10-key proficiency, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data related to transportation logistics, ensuring precision and consistency across all entries.
• Field vendor questions and concerns through email in the transportation inbox, providing clear and timely responses.
• Respond to vendor voicemails, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all communications and data entries.
• Collaborate with team members in the Transportation Department to resolve issues and improve data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proven data entry experience with strong typing and 10-key skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
