JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Consultation- Consult with HR leaders and colleagues on projects, programs and initiatives based on identified needs. Recommend solutions and options to meet the identified needs. Develop, maintain and deliver effective communication to managers and employees. Serve as a resource and provide guidance to HR staff and managers.

Project Management- Provide input toward the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with department strategy, commitments and goals. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and resource requirements. Develop full scale project plans and manage project budget, resource allocation, and timeline. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Direct assigned project team ensuring effective utilization of resources. Monitor project deliverables and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. At the completion of the project, conduct a thorough evaluation and assessment of the projects results. Effectively apply project management skills.

Reporting and Analysis- Present clear, concise reports and presentations; developing tables, graphs, and charts as needed. Design and prepare statistic and trend reports. Ensure integrity of the data and adherence to data definitions. Document methods to support a repeatable process.

Performance Improvement- Keep abreast of changes in the field by maintaining currency and professional development through relevant continuing education, seminars and literature. Recommend changes to policies and practices to respond to regulatory changes, environmental changes, and changes due to advancements in the field of Human Resources. Participate in improving organizational performance by recommending changes, and participating in change management programs and initiatives. Advocate for system enhancements and lend support in performance improvement initiatives to continually improve HR service delivery.
Reports to the Vice President, Total Rewards and supports the Total Rewards team through data analysis, project management of strategic priorities as well as institutional projects. Anticipate needs and proactively problem solves. Assist in logistical and administrative tasks such as written communication, presentation development, and presentation delivery.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
- Experience functioning as an internal consultant/project lead in complex work environment
