Position Purpose:The Testing Center Manager oversees the administration of accommodated course tests, ensuring compliance with ADA/504 regulations and maintaining high standards for security and confidentiality. They lead communications with faculty, students, and staff, manage scheduling, and address capacity concerns strategically. Additionally, the manager develops and updates documentation regarding policies and procedures, implements communication protocols, and drives program improvements through ongoing assessment.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
