Our client, a higher education institution in the Boston area is seeking a Temporary Part Time Copytech Assistant to join their team! This role is onsite for the next 3 months with the potential to extend and is compensating $24 dollars an hour. This position will help run the copy jobs that are ready for print and keep track of progress in the system. This position is onsite in Boston, working 20 hours a week from 10am-3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch.

Responsibilities:

• Help run the copy jobs that are ready for print in a production queue on available copy machines.
• Track in the system that copy jobs are complete.
• Assist with bindery and finishing the product.
• During busy times, walk around campus and help make deliveries.
• The temporary employee will not be responsible for interacting with customers.
• Report to Computer Support Assistant.

Qualifications:

• Needs strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and work well with everyone on this team.
• Needs to have flexibility, be a team player, and be able to work well under tight deadlines.
• Prefer relevant experience: experience working in a corporate copy/print department or on the retail side.
• Should have experience working with web-based programs.
• Experience working with Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
