Zurich (New York, NY) seeks a Team Lead - International Service Consultant to consult with Account Teams and manage end to end International Program servicing on international program business service delivery, including customer service requirements, service proposition and handling of various service delivery issues in order to enhance customer experience. Specific responsibilities include: managing the International Program servicing end to end as the point of contact for customer onboarding of assigned accounts; assisting in matters related to policy issuance, regulatory requirements, reporting, risk engineering coordination, premium payment processes, claims flow issues, and money/currency movement; handling specific requests from Underwriting by reviewing service plan requests, determining feasibility of requests and implementing customer-focused service solutions; providing input into the development of customer specific, value added services for existing and new customers of moderately complex accounts; acting as an account representative by responding to customers service issues and coordinating with the appropriate business partner for resolution; assisting underwriting in documenting the service proposition including agreed service deliverables and standards; assisting in developing rates; coordinating data entry submitted to the third party vendor and performing quality checks on the entry before information is sent to the network; preparing service presentations as required; training clients in various specific lines of insurance; and training new employees regarding International Programs. Position requires IPZ Certification. Position requires 15% travel within the U.S. Option to work remotely is available. Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Insurance and Risk Management, or a closely related field of study, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or as a UW Services Specialist, Administration Accounting Team Leader, Accounting Analyst, or similar position in Reinsurance/Captives. In the alternative, will accept an Associate's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Insurance and Risk Management, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a UW Services Specialist, Administration Accounting Team Leader, Accounting Analyst, or similar position in Reinsurance/Captives. Must have 3 years of experience working with Producing Country (PC) Large Property. Specific experience must also include working with each of the following: IPS (International Program Systems); NEO; MIA (Multinational Insurance Application); NCS tools; International Programs Structures, and Captive and Panel solutions.
