Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Associate:

- Serve as a key member of our client's HR operations, contributing to an efficient service delivery model
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly iCIMS, to manage recruitment processes
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions
- Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and effective time management
- Embrace change and help expedite it within the team, always assuming positive intent
- Apply analytical thinking to make logical decisions and solve complex problems
- This is a 3-month contract position, with the possibility of extension

Required Skills for Talent Acquisition Associate:

- Associates Degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years in HR operations, service delivery model, customer service, or employee service center
- Proficient computer skills, including Google suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude towards change and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Details: $28.17
