Your new role

Due to a substantial increase in demand and project pipeline, this company is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of ground-up construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in interiors and renovation construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
