Success Ambassadors will provide peer-to-peer mentorship to a cohort of 20 Success Scholars. They will assist the professional Success Coaches with program/workshop facilitation, planning of events, social functions; and will serve as an ambassador for an assigned office at HCC. Success Ambassadors are required to attend Ambassador orientation.The Student Ambassador and Mentorship Program (SAMP) is an equity-driven initiative that provides HCC students an opportunity to serve and represent Holyoke Community College in various capacities. SAMPs core values are Leadership, Professional Development, and Community. SAMP aims to provide on-going leadership and professional development training to prepare and support participants in their role. To foster a sense of belonging amongst the cohort, participants are provided peer-to-peer mentorship and opportunities to build community.REQUIRED:Eligibility for all SAMP participants:
