Temp to Hire position

Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts between 6:00AM-7:00PM

$17.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students through outbound calls, emails, and chat, answering questions about programs, admissions requirements, and campus resources.
• Receive inbound calls and assist students by walking them through financial estimates via screen sharing.
• Provide information to students and families regarding financial aid programs, scholarships, grants, and loans.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and admissions metrics in the CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., admissions, registrar) to ensure smooth coordination of services.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
