Nature & Purpose of Position:

• Responsible for overseeing weekly small group sessions to discuss best practices for transfer student success.
• Monitors student progress through regular check-ins to address emerging issues while promoting accountability and academic excellence.
• Attends institutional recruitment events (e.g., Transfer Orientation, Saturday at Sam, etc.), to inform transfer students about program benefits and opportunities.
• Assists with programs and events during National Transfer Student Week.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
