Nature & Purpose of Position:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Main point of contact and responsible for assisting up to 300 patron visits per shift.· Ensure facility user safety by having a strong knowledge of the building's policies and procedures as well as being up to date on CRC evacuation and risk management strategies.· Provide exceptional customer service to patrons by having strong communication and interacting with everyone in a respectful, cooperative manner.· Maintain a professional appearance and attitude throughout shifts.· Serve as a campus resource by providing accurate and current information regarding recreation and university-related programs and facilities.· Assist Facility Supervisors with facility operations that include equipment set up and tear down, cleaning, evacuation, and hourly usage reports.· Report to authority figures such as lead staff, supervisors, managers, and professional staff.· Assist with other duties as assigned (may result in helping other departments within Campus Recreation).POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
