Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Strategic Workforce Planning Lead within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and own relationships with key clients, stakeholders and all team members to understand the system implementation timeline, functionality milestones, and future state.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of an organization's current and future workforce needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding and awareness of the processes required to transition the workforce including approvals, job classifications, pay bands and steps, and more based on the client agency.
  • Lead visioning sessions with leaders to develop a skill roadmap
  • Forecast future staffing requirements.
  • Identify skills gaps.
  • Design strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify the use cases and needs for contractors; build them into the end state workforce.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive change programs and processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of a workforce planning strategy.
  • Lead a team of consultants and agency specialists to collect data, conduct analysis, and drive a long-term plan with clear communications and buy in from various leaders and stakeholders throughout the client organization.
  • Develop, communicate and pursue the building of a long-term practice area within Voyatek that can conduct strategic workforce planning for clients on future system integrations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 10 + years of experience in a Delivery Manager role and experience as a project lead or project manager
  • 10 + years of experience identifying and deploying industry-standard methodology, client-centric approach that achieved client outcomes
  • Experience in public sector organizational change management and workforce planning
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Strong facilitation skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with and lead a team

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current

annual range is $116,000 to 191,500. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt in accordance with applicable law.

If applicable, hires for these projects will be required to obtain a Federal Public Trust Clearance (Moderate Background Investigation). This clearance process may start upon offer acceptance; and must be cleared prior to working on these projects.
