Volt is immediately hiring for Steel Polisher in Fort Worth, Texas.

As a Steel Polisher you will: be responsible for polishing and finishing steel products to meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various polishing tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish on stainless steel and other metal surfaces. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment are essential.

• Use polishing tools, grinders, and buffers to smooth and polish steel surfaces.
• Inspect steel products to ensure quality and finish meet specifications.
• Remove imperfections, scratches, and blemishes from metal surfaces.
• Maintain and clean polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time/temp to hire opportunity.

Shifts: 1st (5am - 2:30pm or 6:30am-3:30pm) Mon-Friday

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in steel polishing or metal finishing is preferred.
• Ability to operate polishing and grinding machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
