Our recruiting firm is partnering with a Real Estate firm in Boca Raton, to find them a Staff Accountant for their growing team. Although this is a newly created role for the company, this is a full time permanent position based on company growth.

The ideal salary for this position is between $70k-$85k. The company also offers an excellent benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy
• Balance sheet reconciliations and meet deadlines
• Manage cash flow and analysis of cash balances
• Support month-end, year-end close and audit process
• Collaborate with HR, Sales and Operations teams effectively

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Experience with ERP
• Commute comfortably to office in Boca Raton daily
