Our client, a reputable and growing real estate company in the Boca Raton area, is seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to advance their career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies
• Assist with audits and provide financial analysis support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within real estate
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting software (Yardi or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
