Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in visual design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, and imagery, to craft engaging digital brand experiences
• Collaborate with the team to develop exceptional user experiences through brainstorming, concept creation, and client work sessions
• Design products and adapt brand guidelines to create scalable, accessible design systems
• Effectively manage your time and communicate proactively with project team members
• Maintain a flexible, additive, and humble presence on the team, fostering relationships and sharing knowledge freely

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of visual design experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Impressive portfolio showcasing relevant work in web and mobile design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively to non-design stakeholders
• Experience in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs is a plus
