Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. SAP Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid understanding of SAP HR Payroll functional configuration and a knack for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop functional requirements, conduct testing, training, and implement applications.
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align IT with business objectives.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance our client's business functionality and performance.
- Design, configure, and test various SAP Modules.
- Manage SAP implementations and analyze current business processes and scenarios.
- Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others, providing direction and leadership.

Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of the US SAP Payroll function in SAP.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the business team and understand their requirements.
- Experience in managing complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of the organization and adherence to all organizational standards.
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementation, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
- Detailed knowledge of industry best practices.

As a Sr. SAP Functional Consultant, you will act as a liaison with our client for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems. You will also map client business requirements, processes, and objectives, developing necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. This role requires a commitment to our client's location and the completion of a background check and drug screen upon offer acceptance.
