Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Information Technology/Software Development roles with progressive responsibility.
• 3-5 years of experience leading product teams in an agile environment, managing the full product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, marketing, sales, UX/UI) to align product development with business objectives.
• Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking and experience in setting and executing on product vision, based on customer and market research to inform product decisions.
• Proficient in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Led or part of a team that has implemented Salesforce solutions. Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred).
• Scrum Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
• Tools: Working experience with utilizing and configuring JIRA and other Agile Planning Tools (CA Agile Rally, VersionOne, etc.).
