The Information Technology Team is looking for a Sr Manager, Infrastructure Operations. This role involves overseeing Infrastructure Operations and Endpoint Engineering functions, focusing on enhancing the employee experience through on-site and remote support of Infrastructure services. The Sr Manager will also manage the endpoint/device fleet, which includes Windows, Mac, VDI, and MDM.

The Sr Manager will lead a team of IT professionals at various levels, providing Tier III support to internal users. They will ensure efficient resolution of Infrastructure-related issues and deliver high-quality customer service both on-site and remotely. Additionally, they will lead the Endpoint team responsible for endpoint/device management, endpoint compliance, and assist in managing asset management responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the onsite presence for Infrastructure service delivery and operations.
• Develop key partnerships with peers across the IT organization, including the Support team.
• Manage diagnoses and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and hardware (endpoints and AV systems).
• Manage compliance of OS upgrades across endpoints (MacOS/Windows/VDI/Android/iOS)
• Report on Endpoint compliance (OS and Security Patching)
• Partner with Support functions to provide proactive analysis on Endpoint failures
• Assist in driving onsite support for AV systems, including testing, vendor coordination, and basic system setup.
• Analyze escalations, SLAs, and customer feedback in conjunction with the Support team.
• Manage Infra Operations service and trouble tickets.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to the local office and escalate issues to engineering and other functional teams when necessary.
• Establish key working partnerships with engineering teams and deliver required IT services according to established standards.
• Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
• Lead Infra Ops team meetings and participate in strategy discussions.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align IT support with project goals.
• Be available to travel when business needs arise.

What You'll Bring

• General of network administration and service desk administration
• Solid understanding of enterprise AV and networking infrastructure design and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, cross functional groups, senior management, subordinates, team members and vendors/partners.
• Experience with the following tools or platforms: Aruba, Palo Alto, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $122,000-$140,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
