Our client is seeking a highly skilled and data-curious Sr Data Analyst to join their team. This role is based at our client's location and is a contract-to-hire position, subject to a successful background check and drug test.

As a Sr Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the rollout and usage of the new Alabama Medicaid Data Warehouse (AL EDS). You will work closely with the Analytics Manager and the agency's analytic staff, providing on-site help desk support, creating PowerBi reports, and conducting data analysis as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the agency's analytic staff
- Provide on-site help desk support
- Create PowerBi reports at the request of the agency
- Conduct data analysis at the request of the agency
- Assist the Analytics Manager in developing PowerBi reports and dashboards

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong Medicaid Data Analyst with a customer-facing approach
- Proficient in PowerBi (3+ years), SQL (3+ years), and Snowflake (1+ year)
- Solid understanding of Medicaid (3+ years)
- Preferred: Experience with healthcare databases and data warehousing
