OVERVIEW
My client is an Austin based General contractor who is located on S Texas Capital Highway and has been operating since 2007 in Dallas & Houston also. They' are soon to be 100% EMPLOYEE OWNED.
My client primarily works in the Industrial space and Commercial Interiors with a current backlog until 2028. They are third generation builders and had their biggest year to date in 2021 in the midst of covid reaching 300M in Austin alone.
PROJECT INFORMATION
Project will kick off the first quarter of 2025 and will be in the Bastrop area. Project consists of 6 buildings and is a structure engineered metal bldg, each bldg will be 55/60SF tall and the entire project is 250K SF. Total value 110M.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be based on site and have a team of APM's + PC's that will support you. However, knowing buy out, the schedule and financials (PRECON) before the project starts is essential and the right candidate ideally would be a seasoned PM who has worked on large projects over 20M from the Ground Up looking to elevate into a senior role.

Salary range: 130-170k+ Base
