Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Analyst for their Certified Pre-Owned Used Vehicle department.

As a Customer Analyst you will:

• Tracking budget and incentive spend to allow maximum resource usage towards achievement of sales objectives
• Providing Certified Pre Owned phone and e-mail support to Dealers and field personnel
• Helping Dealers maximize their Certified Pre-Oned inventory listings count and quality
• Monitoring compliance to ensure customer experience meets Certified Pre-Owned program standards
• Refining the metrics and reporting used by field personnel to review CPO business with dealers to drive Certified Pre-Owned sales

This is a 12 month role, with potential to go longer, and potential for temp to hire. Hours are full time, 40 hours per week working hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 6 months or more of operations or data analysis or sales operation or reporting experience
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will communicate with dealers and field personnel
• Completed Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Statistics or related field

Pay Rate: $25-28/hr
