Location: San Leandro, CA

Job Description: As a Software Engineer, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Your role involves reviewing and analyzing complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges. These challenges require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. You will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, demonstrating a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, you will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Compose content for apps, communities, emails, and newsletters.
• Develop business-relevant conclusions from data.
• Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX researchers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
