RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Redmond, WA.Responsibilities:
  • Senior Technical Program Manager will engage with field/customers evaluating Copilot+ PCs and creating strategy to address AppCompat blockers
  • Work with App Assure Managers to engage directly with a portfolio of the world's largest 3rd party application developers to sell them on the strategic and business value of building apps for Windows on Arm
  • Help 3rd party app developers understand how to port their apps to the Arm platform, or build Arm native apps
  • Collect feedback from app developers to understand what is preventing them from investing in Windows on Arm, and share that feedback with the Product Management team to help address the issues
  • Shape our products by providing your unique ISV insights to inform decisions being made by the engineering teams, shaping the future roadmap of Windows on Arm
  • Shape our pitch deck, marketing materials and digital developer educational assets through your unique ISV insights
  • As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate with multiple internal teams and strategize towards achieving common goals
  • Regular portfolio reviews to monitor the progress of ISV engagements and provide directions to the execution team


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales with ability to influence executives in strategic decision making
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with great communication and collaboration skills; Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with Windows Engineering for Real Studio, C++, (Don't expect them to code, but having technical expertise is expected)
  • Experience in developing applications for Windows with a L300-400 knowledge of Windows internals
  • Windows Product Engineering experience or equivalent
  • Previously worked at Company as a FTE
  • Proven success developing and executing strategic partnerships
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, advocating for product improvements to unblock ISVs
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, connecting the dots and coordinating activities across a myriad of groups
  • Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity, maintain focus, resolve conflict, drive to clarity and provide innovative solutions


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
