As a Senior Systems Technician - Service, you'll be tasked with servicing more complex security systems in residential and commercial customer settings. You'll work closely with our outside sales team to ensure our customers receive the highest level of professional care from start to finish. Our goal is to give each customer a personalized experience tailored to their specific needs, and you'll play an important part in that experience. What You'll Do:

  • Service residential and commercial solutions, including wired and wireless systems.
  • Perform commercial fire inspections
  • Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide positive reinforcement of programs and initiatives to peers.
  • As new products/solutions are introduced, serve as mentor to junior technicians and share learned technical information to improve individual and branch capabilities.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 Years: of field experience or equivalent education or certification
  • 1 - 2 years of security industry experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Performs task with minimal errors
  • Working with Hand Tools/Ladders/Drills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Thought Provoking/Team Player
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • NICET Fire Level I - Preferred
  • Ability to climb ladders 6 ft. or greater; comfortable working in enclosed spaces
