Who You Are

My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Project Manager to join their. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end retail construction projects with schedules as short as quick as 6 weeks and as high as 21 weeks, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Your New Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead project teams to achieve project goals.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end retail projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Timberline, Procore, and Project Manager.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
