Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Projects

Location: Houston

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing ground-up healthcare projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project goals are achieved.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
Proven experience in managing ground-up construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP or similar certification is preferred.
