Every day, Cambia's dedicated team of Product and Program Managers is living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Network Innovations team, our Program Manager oversees the continuing evolution and sustainment of the Provider Reporting Insights and Analytics SaaS platform in partnership with internal data teams and our technology vendor - all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree business or health administration or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operational/business management, project/program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large complex industries and/or vendor management
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing/leading end-to-end projects/programs including program implementation in a healthcare setting and working with third part service providers is desired
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent work experience preferred

Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including its trends, challenges, and regulations (strongly preferred).

Payer or Provider Organization Experience: Experience working in a payer or provider organization, with knowledge of its specific challenges and opportunities (strongly preferred).

Program and Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in both program and product management, with a track record of successfully launching products and facilitating their adoption.

Healthcare Data Expertise: Proven experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting.
What You Will Do at Cambia:

Product Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize the PRIA product roadmap, aligning with the Alternative Payment Model Program objectives, by drawing on business KPIs, customer feedback, and insights.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software development teams, provider engagement teams, and business stakeholders.

External Collaboration and Partnerships: Build, cultivate, and leverage strong partnership with platform vendor for ongoing reliability and joint development.

Prioritization and Resource Allocation: Prioritize product features and ensure resources are allocated effectively for successful product development and launch.

Maintain Operational Excellence: Facilitate and manage all areas of operational readiness, including but not limited to product support, intake requests, data refresh processes, program delivery, analytics and reporting, and vendor management.

Process Governance and Management: Continually evolve and optimize the workflows required for operational excellence across the program internally and externally; create, document, and socialize program governance and best practices, including training materials and education.

Effective Communication: Create and maintain effective executive reporting to represent overall product and program health, mitigate risk, and inform strategic decisions. Own documentation and dissemination of product releases, new capabilities, training, education, and process documentation.
The expected hiring range for a Senior Program Manager, Provider Reporting Insights and Analytics s $99,500 - $125,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $93,000 - $153,000. #LI-remote
