The Senior Manager for Seller Wallets will play a pivotal role in innovating, developing, launching, and scaling embedded payment and financial services products for Marketplace Sellers in the US market and other key regions. This strategic role demands a deep understanding of digital payments, financial services, and eCommerce marketplace ecosystems. The position has high visibility within the organization and requires collaboration with a broad range of cross-functional teams and leaders across Walmart Marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Framework Development: Conduct thorough research on sellers' needs and competitive analysis to generate insights that drive Wallets/ Payment business strategy, service operations, and process improvements.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, macro-economic factors, and emerging trends in embedded payments and fintech. Leverage the industry insights to identify and champion forward-looking innovation opportunities in embedded finance.
- Partner Assessment: Develop an assessment framework to evaluate potential partners for International Seller Wallets and work with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and provide visibility to all stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, UX, and Tech teams to create best-in-class Seller Wallets experiences incl. FX conversion and value-added fintech services. Identify opportunities for differentiations and continuous iteration.
- Product Utilization: Work closely with Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Account Management teams to drive product adoption and user engagement for Seller Wallets.
- Data-Driven Insights: Derive actionable insights from seller feedback and data, making recommendations to optimize the Seller Wallets experience, including product, services, and tools.
- Key Metrics Development: Identify key performance metrics and develop data-driven frameworks to support business goals related to marketplace payments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, Analytics or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B payments, B2B fintech, eCommerce, marketplace, or related fields.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
