Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to three partners, ensuring smooth operations.
- Research court rules, implement procedures, and handle e-filing in state and federal courts.
- Format documents, convert handwritten changes to redline documents, and handle large sets of discovery.
- Monitor deadlines, update calendars, and manage email communications.
- Work with vendors for scheduling depositions, large print jobs, and database management.
- Maintain and update the firm's website.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years in civil litigation, with proficiency in e-filing systems for state and federal courts.
- Strong skills in MS Office and Adobe.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent written English skills, including spelling, grammar, and document formatting.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information with discretion.
