RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant in Acton, MA.Essential Functions:- Senior Compensation Consultant will provide compensation support to business areas; Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to offer advice, tools, and training that align with business goals
- Lead global compensation projects, including planning, stakeholder collaboration, team guidance, and execution, while managing change and communication
- Ensure successful and timely completion of the annual compensation planning cycle
- Review and recommend improvements to compensation processes for greater efficiency
- Develop and deliver compensation training across the organization
- Ensure competitive compensation programs that give the company an advantage
- Create analytics to help the business make informed compensation decisions
- As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will prepare presentations and reports for executives, HR leadership, and Compensation Committee materials
- Identify and address areas of risk, offering action plans to mitigate them
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and reduce risk
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 plus years of experience
- Advanced Compensation Workday experience is required
- Up to date on existing and forward-looking regulatory environment related to Total Rewards
- Tableau experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
