This role provides flexibility to work on site 4 days and remotely Friday on a weekly basis.

Accountabilities and Essential Responsibilities in this Role:

This position works within a team of peers assigning level of effort for requests at intake for detailed analysis, accurate data and excellent customer service. Quoting is the synergy for system process, product details and deal strategy. This role must anticipate implications of functionality within our systems and proactively determine the most accurate resolution based on input from Sales. This role must understand potential strategy for optimal solutions based on customer-level specifics within the request. This role must understand acumen and required components to create Quotes, Amendments, Assignment Agreements and other adhoc requests for over 15 product platforms. Responsible for determining level of effort on a high volume of minutia level analysis and communicating appropriate corresponding transactions based on an understanding of the system and all processes within the team's scope, adapting with cognitive flexibility to changes in priority. As data changes, this role is responsible for identifying gaps in training material and updating or creating documentation accordingly. Responsible for intake management and triage from various GMBs, Salesforce and SharePoint while working with immediate leadership for case assignment. This role will also communicate with sales on missing information, advise leadership on potential trends and follow up regularly on items on hold.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deal Strategy and Sales Support. Drive implementation of contracting and pricing strategies through day-to-day execution, as well as advising on potential new offers to meet market needs. Aim to protect BD interests (margin, risk, policy, etc.), escalating as needed to all levels of management cross-functionally
  • Coordinate intake on product proposal and aligned requirements for (15+) product platforms and the detailed configuration of each, including international requests. Maintaining up to date knowledge of product offerings applicable policies and procedures, and purchase acquisition/marketing programs as well as system constraints and nuances.
  • Triage case requests with level of effort, confirming and following up on all required information, as well as creating first communication around console data and submittal of missing approvals.
  • Decipher customer needs and translate into appropriate business model and assign level of effort for completion accordingly.
  • Obtaining high level acumen of masters, pricing and customer distinctions.
  • Asset level reconciliation and research to ensure intention is applied for downstream impacts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to confirm knowledge and processes are aligned.
  • Process internal transactions for training, reporting, and functionality.
  • Ensuring that the Quoting requests queue volume meets or exceeds department service and turnaround standards. Completing low LOE requests and projects accordingly.
  • Drive continuous process improvement projects -"Is there a better way?"
  • Maintains high standards of professionalism and integrity.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 years in Quoting Analyst role or equivalent experience (i.e. data analysis, customer service experience)
  • Minimum of Advanced skill level in Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all management levels
  • Possesses the knowledge to handle work of the most complex nature
  • Proficient in simultaneously handling divergent tasks.
  • Effectively translates ideas into action.
