Full-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Location: Boulder, CO

Position Type: Contract (Immediate start to May 23, 2025)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contract basis for a school district in Boulder, CO. This is an in-person role, and we will not consider virtual or hybrid applicants. The selected candidate must be board certified and either hold or be in the process of obtaining CDE licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students with autism in our AIM (Achieving with Individualization and Modification) programs, serving elementary and middle school students.
  
• Provide significant accommodations and modifications to the curriculum in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Shape behaviors towards learning through individualized support and behavior analysis.
  
• Initially assigned to the Education Center with a potential focus on elementary students.
  

AIM Program Description:

Our AIM (Achieving with Individualization and Modification) program supports students with autism who need significant accommodations or modifications to the curriculum. The program relies on the expertise of a behavior analyst to guide and shape behaviors towards academic success.

Requirements:

• Must currently hold a CDE Special Services Provider license or have the licensure application in process with a School Social Worker or School Psychologist endorsement (must upload license or in-process documentation to application).
  
• Candidates pursuing a Temporary Educator Eligibility Authorization may be considered if no candidates possessing a School Social Worker or School Psychologist endorsement apply for the position.
  
• Classroom or intensive learning center experience.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate.
  
• Appropriate training, academic, technological, and experiential background for the position.
  
• Flexibility and a positive attitude as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
