JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

We are seeking a Technical Architect who has hands-on experience with Health Cloud (Vlocity) to play a key role on a high profile project within the Healthcare industry. This person will design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity components tailored for Healthcare organizations.

Job Duties:

• Architect workflows, data models, and business processes compliant with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7/FHIR)
• Develop custom applications using OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures) and Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., EHR, claims systems) using APIS and platforms like Mulesoft
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams on best practices
• Perform quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and manage CI/CD deployments
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR)
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and healthcare technology trends

Required Education and Experience

1. Hands-on experience working with Health Cloud (Vlocity)
2. Expertise with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and integration protocols (SOAP/REST)
3. Strong understanding of OmniStudio tools
4. Strong communications, problem-solving, and leadership skills for effective team collaboration

Preferred Education & Experience

1. Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant certification
2. OmniStudio Developer Certification

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position from home (remotely) or in our SLC, Utah headquarters. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
