Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Dynamic Team as a Risk Analyst
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for risk management? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our team as a Risk Analyst. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage risk assessments, aggregate metrics, and oversee front-line activities
  • Identify risks, provide input on controls and testing, and advise on remediation activities
  • Apply critical thinking skills and conduct review and challenge activities, including independent testing as required
  • Coordinate or support regulatory and audit exam requests, and contribute to relevant Risk Governance Committee reporting
  • Establish routine dashboards, gather feedback, and proactively evaluate risk reporting to identify current and emerging risk issues
  • Provide information for analysis and reporting on risks, including changes to risk profiles, exposure and loss events, risk metrics performance, control testing results, and remediation plans
  • Mitigate risk and discourage actions that may expose the organization to undesired risk
  • Escalate any material breaches of applicable laws, rules, policies, or standards with actual or potential risk impact
  • Support regulatory and audit exam activities involving reputation risk topics
  • Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with substantial industry experience in risk management
  • 8+ years of work experience in a financial services risk management, audit, accounting, finance, or related role
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
  • Flexibility to "operate in the grey" and balance priorities
  • Analytical thinking, systems thinking, resilience, problem-solving, and change agility skills
  • Knowledge of processes, tools, and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to various risks
