Job Description
We are hiring Remote Temporary Entry Level Customer Service Representatives for a 3-week assignment starting around November 21st. The role involves answering inbound calls, processing orders, and handling customer service needs with competitive pay of $14.00 per hour plus commission, and flexible scheduling. Candidates must be available for 30+ hours per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, and will have time off on Thanksgiving and the following Friday. See below for more details!

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Temporary Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to work with us for a 3-week Temporary assignment starting on or around Wednesday, November 21st and wrapping up around Tuesday, December 17th. Candidates must have at least 30+ hours of weekly availability between 7:00am and 7:00pm CST. Employees in this role will not work on Thursday, November 28th (Thanksgiving) or Friday, November 29th.
As a Remote Temporary Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they place their orders. Your role will involve:
• Answering continuous inbound phone calls
• Taking and entering customer orders into the system
• Escalating any additional customer service needs

Working from home entails a high level of computer knowledge as you will be required to navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard including function keys while speaking with customers on the phone.
