Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding to join our HR team. This role plays a critical part in attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires. As well as supporting our HR Department with a wide range of HR Functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating a supportive environment for our employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

• Main focus is recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting orientations, and processing new hire paperwork.

• Assist with employee development initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and performance management processes.

• Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

• Assist with benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefit options and enrollment processes.

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, HRIS implementation, and diversity and inclusion programs.

• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of corporate talent acquisition experience (or equivalent combination of education and prior experience).

Specialized Knowledge and Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, or similar role, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience utilizing various ATS and HRIS systems required.
