Receptionist /Administrative Support person needed for a growth oriented company!
Responsibilities include:
Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
Welcome visitors to the company and direct to appropriate people
Handle administrative duties, including data entry, filing, order office supplies and other responsibilities as required
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients and visitors.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle busy phones
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
