Position & Client Overview:

A 400-bed medical center located at the corner of Mexico and New Mexico is looking for a day shift contract Cath Lab Tech to work four 10-hour shifts per week.

Weekly Pay: $2,824

Job Summary:

The catheterization technologist reports to the supervisor of the Cath lab and is under the guidance of the catheterization laboratory technologist. The catheterization technologist performs a wide range of functions in the catheterization laboratory focusing on diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for cardiac narrow and interventional radiology and supportive duties for a diverse patient population across the age continuum.

Education, Certification, & Experience:

• Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), Or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist(RCIS) Or Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) Required, (ARRT) Preferred
• CPR - Required
• Associates degree in applied science from an accredited radiology or cardiovascular technology school required
• Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
