IDR is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Provider Services Associate to join one of our top clients in Alpharetta, GA. **This is a hybrid role, local to Alpharetta, GA**

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Provider Services Associate:
- Manage incoming calls from healthcare provider clinics related to claims, fees, contracts, and other inquiries.
- Handle a call volume of 20-30 incoming calls per day
- Experience handling inbound calls/inquires in a medical insurance environment 
- Provide reliable and committed service

Required Skills for Provider Services Associate:
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in Managed Care or Medical/Dental Insurance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model and able to commute to our client's location in Alpharetta as needed
