Our client is seeking a Project Manager SDLC in Celebration, Fl / Hybrid.

Role description

• Lead and direct technology solutions through all phases of the project.
• Facilitate meetings for estimation, planning, technical solutioning, effort coordination and status reporting etc
• Manage all efforts required to remain within the bounds of schedule and budget with the ultimate objective of proactively maintaining a high level of user satisfaction throughout the project.
• Demonstrates experience in managing projects of various sizes, complexity, and types (e.g., application development, outsources services).
• Execute Software Development Methodology and techniques as developed and governed by our internal Project Management office.
• Proactively fosters an environment of collaboration among teams.
• Provides day-to-day direction for team resources i.e. systems implementation from requirements gathering, analysis and design, configuration and test, through deployment and support of various system applications including developing detailed work plans, assigning responsibilities, organizing inter- and intra-departmental activities, conducting project meetings, providing project tracking details and project analysis.

Skills & Requirements

• SDLC utilizing Traditional/Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Presentation Skills; discussions on risk, timeline, project status reporting etc
• Experience with building project delivery timelines and backlog/spring burndowns
• Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Development of project budget, resource allocation and scope tracking tools using office productivity suites (MS Office, Google Apps)
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet
• Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams
• Bachelor of Science: Management or Information System (or similar)
• Agile Scrum Certifications : CSM, CSP, CSPO
• PMI Certifications: PMP or Agile Equivalent
